Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client who is currently seeking a Safety Engineer with a minimum of 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate should be educated to a higher degree level in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline and will include some experience with HAZID, HAZOP and QRA. It is important to the client that the individual be mathematically minded with sound risk analysis experience and the capability of producing and developing model programmes therefore a good understanding of related software would be advantageous. The candidate can expect to be working on a variety of projects and studies for both onshore and offshore projects and will be expected to be skilful with hazard analysis. In return the successful candidate will be involved in a dynamic and challenging position with a reward of a significant package.
